These Terms of Service govern your use of the free website chatbot service provided by Ziroks at free.ziroks.bot. By submitting a request you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

By submitting a website URL you confirm that:

• You own the website, or have explicit written authority from the owner to have a chatbot built for it.
• You are at least 18 years old and can enter into binding agreements.

2. One free bot per domain

One free chatbot is available per unique root domain. Attempts to circumvent this limit may result in rejection of your request.

3. Service provided as-is

The free chatbot service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Completeness or accuracy of content imported from your website.
• That your site will pass our automated quality check.
• Continuous availability of the chatbot or the platform.
• Import of full product or service catalogues.

4. Acceptable use

You must not submit websites that violate our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any chatbot that violates these terms or our policies, at our sole discretion, without notice.

5. Content and data

We scrape only publicly accessible content from submitted websites. You grant Ziroks a non-exclusive licence to use that content to build and operate the chatbot on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ziroks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed £100.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue the free chatbot service at any time, with or without notice.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
