This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do when submitting a website for the Ziroks free chatbot service.

Permitted use

• Submitting a website that you own or legitimately control.
• Building a chatbot that accurately represents your business or organisation.
• Using the chatbot to assist visitors to your website with legitimate business enquiries.

Prohibited use

You must not use this service to:

• Submit a website you do not own or have authority over.
• Build a chatbot that impersonates another business, brand, or individual.
• Submit websites containing illegal content, hate speech, adult content, or content promoting violence or discrimination.
• Scrape, mirror, or replicate another party's website without authorisation.
• Circumvent the one-bot-per-domain limit through aliases, subdomains, or other means.
• Use the service for spam, phishing, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to overload or disrupt the Ziroks infrastructure.
• Submit sites primarily designed to collect personal data without consent.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or permanently remove any chatbot or lead that violates this policy, at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent exclusion from the service.
